The ELCSA Development Service
- LWF/DWS has a management board that provides the operational framework of
the programme and guidelines. Members of this board represents six diocesan
development committees of ELCSA. The LWF Representative is the seventh member
of the board. The operational responsibility of the programme lies with the
Programme Director and staff.
The director, the finance Administrator
Officer and an Administrative Assistant in the Director's Office man the national
office in Johannesburg.
In 1999, there were eleven field
staff members including two finance and administration clerks and a driver
who was based in the Eastern Cape. The only new appointment during 1999 was
that of the driver in the Eastern Cape. There were no resignations.
